I especially enjoy working on themed builds and I'm willing to explore styles I haven't tried before. We’ll discuss your idea, color scheme, layout, and key features to bring your vision to life.I'd love to make your dream house come true!Each project is unique, so pricing depends on many factors such as the complexity of the build, plot size, and requested completion time.

Terms of service

  1. Floors: I use one floor of the house due to extreme item clipping.

  2. Time: I need around 1 month per commission.

  3. Payment: I require 50% payment upfront (to be collected once I begin designing your house), and the other 50% is to be collected after the house is complete :)

  4. Revisions: One major change of the entire design allowed before I send you the finished product; smaller suggestions always welcome.

  5. Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your commission after I began working on it, you will not be given the starting 50% of the price back.

  6. Credit: Though not required, I’d really appreciate it if you could link my Carrd or credit me in your message book or on your placard. Thank you!
